Shipping & Delivery
At Altura Home, we are committed to delivering your order safely, reliably, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking information, and how shipping-related issues are handled.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners and delivered to customers across the United States.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are typically processed the same or the next business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Before dispatch, each order undergoes a final quality inspection.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.
If any optional shipping services become available, any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or periods of unusually high shipping demand.
5. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted international logistics partners.
After arriving in the United States, your shipment may be delivered by USPS or another trusted local delivery carrier, depending on your location.
All shipments include tracking from dispatch through delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become available.
You can also monitor your shipment using the Track Order page on our website.
7. Delivery Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after the maximum estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
Please include your order number in your email so we can investigate your shipment promptly.
Once the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, you may choose either:

A full refund to your original payment method.
